Pink Polka Dot Ribbon Webset

Just finished adding the first Webset at: Sheba Template Designs.

This Webset was really fun to create.  I purchased the Graphics from Digi Web Studio, and the Graphics are designed by Whimsy Primsy - just couldn't wait to start designing something!  Beautiful Graphics!  Thank you Whimsy Primsy for designing this Set!!
